Kaiser king pins have been the "third option" for front steering axle repairs for more than 20 years surpassing both bronze and nylon (composite). This steel-on-steel design has no equal in the industry. The Kaiser design has proven itself again and again extending king pin life and reducing downtime and per-mile costs. The Kaiser steering axle king pin repair kit is the only repair kit with NO REAM SPIRAL STEEL BUSHINGS. Kaiser King Pin kits with spiral steel bushings make repairs both quick and easy. Each kit includes all components necessary for a complete repair. Bushings can be twisted in by hand, no reaming. All bushing measurements are predetermined to save time and money. Minimum tear down and assembly without line reaming reduce labor costs. Grease grooved pins and bushings offer better overall lubrication. Recommend that your customers install a Kaiser King Pin kit.
